FRIEDMAN JOSE 20 – TONEX V2 CAPTURE PACK

26 DI Captures | 10 Custom IRs | From Classic Plexi to Hot-Rodded Jose High Gain

Experience the full range of the incredible Friedman JOSE 20 with this collection of

26 TONEX V2 DI Captures.

Inspired by the legendary amplifier modifications of Jose Arredondo, the Friedman JOSE 20 takes the feel and character of classic British Plexi circuits and pushes them into the hot-rodded, harmonically rich high-gain territory that helped define generations of rock guitar tones.

What makes this amp so special is the huge range of sounds available from a single platform.

This pack covers every important gain range of the amplifier — from open and dynamic vintage Plexi-style sounds, through edge-of-breakup and classic rock crunch, all the way to aggressive modded Jose tones and saturated lead sounds.

The JOSE 20 features internally bridged Volume I and Volume II controls, recreating the classic channel-jumping approach of vintage British amplifiers. Its Plexi/Gain circuit adds an additional gain stage, while the three-position Gain Style control changes the response, saturation and clipping structure of the amp.

The result is an incredibly versatile amplifier that can move from vintage to heavily modified without losing clarity, punch or playing dynamics.
